Is blonde the only colour our stylist’s preform?

Our team has a wide range of colour knowledge. We pride ourselves in continuing education, and always strive to please no matter the shade. We have a master colourist on staff and a full range of colour selects.

How do you structure your pricing?

BLONDOLOGY is proud to offer tiered pricing. We have 3 tiers of prices based off stylist experience. Our services are based off LABOUR & PARTS, meaning the time spent creating your dream hair, and the cost of the product used, ie: lightener, developer, toner and so on. Do you remove box colour?

We do, but strongly advise the client to reach out before hand to the salon or their desired stylist to discuss. Some box colours have come along way and can lift out surprisingly well. While others can be a huge pain to remove and in some cases the client can experience major damage from the chemicals trapped in the cuticle reacting negatively to our salon professional chemicals.

We recommend to book a consultation and their stylist can perform a test strand to see what would the best course of action would be.

Do your stylists double book with their associate?

Here at BLONDOLOGY we believe in working as a team to provide the most efficient service possible for our guests. If an associate is available to assist your primary stylist, you will be in for a treat with double the stylists pampering you on your application. Our salon does not double book unless requested by the guest. You are paying for your stylists undivided attention. Colour services need to be properly timed and processed. The integrity of your hair is our teams top priority.
