BLONDOLOGY has a competitive compensation structure. With a tiered service pricing system that allows stylists to achieve more base off of how advanced their services are performed and based off how experienced the stylist is.
For new talent, we offer an associate program. This program allows you to shadow and learn from our senior stylists on staff, while building a clientele of your own. BLONDOLOGY is a team based salon, we encourage assistance during large colour services and believe that no one is too good to assist someone or ask for help.
BLONDOLOGY is happy to be able to offer health benifit’s and have massage therapists on staff to help keep our hard working bodies in line.
