At blondology, we stand behind our services. We want you to love your hair from the moment you walk out the door to the next time we see you. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact our team within a week of your initial appointment.  

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an existing appointment. In order to respect both my guests, and myself. I simply ask that you notify me directly, within 24hours. Clients canceling with less the 24hours will be required to pay 50% of the service booked. If the amount owed is not paid, you will at this point no longer be able to book for future services.

Late Arrivals

Please let your service provider or the salon know if you are running late. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session. Arrivals past 15-30 minutes may be cancelled and rescheduled.
